As the Founder & CEO of nornnorn, a next-generation service business driven by data, Nophol Techaphangam was invited by Thailand’s Big Data Institute (BDI) to speak on the topic “Turning Data into Stories: Generating Profit from Customer Insights” at the BDI Connect the Dots: Data-Driven Service Businesses of the Future seminar, held at Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn, Bangkok, on July 15.

Joining Nophol at the event was Thakoon Chartsuthipol, Co-Founder & CEO of FoodStory—a startup that merged with LINE MAN Wongnai—who delivered a talk under the theme “Data-Driven: A Game Changer for Entrepreneurs.”

The event brought together service-sector entrepreneurs eager to leverage data to drive their businesses as well as learn how to collect and utilise data to boost sales and better understand their customers.
